Thankful Thursday

INMED extends a huge THANK YOU to Reston Giant and store manager My Pham for donating enough packages of mac & cheese for every child and family at INMED’s Family & Youth Opportunity Center in Sterling. And a very special thank-you to Susan Mullen for picking up and delivering not only the many crates of mac & cheese but bushels of potatoes donated by a local church for INMED’s families.

Susan and her husband, Frank, own Liquid Capital Strategic Funding in Ashburn, VA, and are extremely generous with their time and resources for those in need. She also facilitates diaper drives for INMED on behalf of the Rotary Club of Ashburn.

“It was so sweet to watch the children in our after-school program run to their parents with potatoes and boxes of mac & cheese. They were so excited,” says Erin Lewis, INMED Youth Programs and Volunteer Coordinator.

“We can’t thank Susan Mullen enough for all she has done for our families,” adds Cecilia Capece, Executive Director of INMED’s Family & Youth Opportunity Center. “She has become the guardian angel of INMED’s Family & Youth Opportunity Center.”
