The Moms & Babies class at the Opportunity Center is now being held every 2^nd and 4^th Thursday from 10:30 am – noon. This free class teaches young mothers about child development and strategies for raising healthy, self-sufficient children who are ready to learn. Group facilitators Coralis Fernandez, Nora Lobos, and Nancy Ordonez work diligently to provide engaging activities for mothers to bond with their babies as well as tools for encouraging literacy and loving discipline.
