We do add our donors’ contact information to our database for the purpose of sending gift acknowledgements, e-mail newsletters, future solicitations and other occasional communications. Our donors’ contact information will not be used for any other purposes.

What Information Do We Collect?
Personally Identifiable Information
INMED cares about your privacy. INMED will only collect information that is appropriate and relevant to the purpose for which it is being collected. Collection of Voluntarily Submitted Data
INMED provides services that may require collection of personally identifiable information (PII) including but not limited to name, email address, mailing address and/or phone number. This information may be collected when ordering event tickets, purchasing event sponsorships, making a donation, signing up for our mailing list, and/or registering for an INMED program, training or event on INMED’s websites.
If you choose to submit personally identifiable information about yourself, INMED may collect and store this information for future use. We collect, retain and use this information only to the extent we reasonably believe necessary to administer our business, provide services you have requested, protect the integrity of INMED’s business practices and/or secure our systems from unauthorized or abusive access. INMED will not sell or trade personal or contact information from our databases with third parties, nor will we send mailings on behalf of other organizations. Voluntarily provided contact information will not be used for any other purpose other than to send gift acknowledgments, email newsletters, fundraising solicitations and/or other occasional communications.
Under rare circumstances, INMED may share PII to comply with applicable laws and regulations; to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive; or to otherwise protect INMED’s rights.
Data Retention & Opting Out
When you conduct any transaction on INMED’s web site, we will retain your information for our records unless—and until—you ask us to delete this information.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from INMED emails, you may request removal at email@example.com or click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails sent via Constant Contact or Salesforce. We will promptly remove your email address from ALL correspondence and will notify you that you have been deleted from our database.
How INMED Protects Your Data
Personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
All credit card transactions initiated on INMED’s web sites are processed by a secure, third-party payment processor, such as Network for Good, Eventbrite, Square or Pagina Seguro (used by INMED’s affiliates in Latin America). Additionally, if you are a European resident, note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill transactions we might have with you (for example, if you purchase event tickets or make a donation through INMED’s web sites), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests.
